Chocolate Black Bean Donuts
Share
Looking for a rich, chocolatey treat that’s gluten-free, dairy-free, and has no added sugar? These delicious black bean muffins turned donuts are made with Beanie Bites Chocolate Mix and sweetened naturally with bananas or applesauce and dates for a truly guilt-free indulgence. I used a donut-shape mold (this one)... but if you don't have a mold, this will be just as delicious as a glaze over a muffin, cake or bread.

🥥 Creamy Date-Sweetened Coconut Glaze
Ingredients:
- 1 can full-fat coconut milk (13 oz)
- 12 pitted dates
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (I use Just Date, they are absolutely amazing!)
Instructions:
- Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.

These donuts are soft, and deeply chocolatey with zero refined sugar and tons of whole-food goodness. Whether you’re gluten-free, dairy-free, or just craving something clean and delicious, this recipe is a total win.
Pro tip: Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days—or freeze them for a ready-to-go snack.
