Return & Refund Policy

Because our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll make it right.

To report an issue, email us at jordan@beaniebites.co with your order number, a description of the problem, and a photo if applicable. If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds for reasons related to taste preferences or change of mind.

Damages and Issues
