Imagine taking the benefits of an already nutrient dense food, and multiplying that... by a lot. When a bean has been sprouted, that means it's been given water so it begins to grow (that's the cute little tail!) and allows certain changes to take place inside the bean. Sprouting literally unlocks a healthier bean. It makes it easier to digest, the nutrients easier for your body to absorb, reduces "anti-nutrients", and even helps with insulin regulation. The fun part is that this doesn't stop with beans!
