Party Series: Fudgy Chocolate Brownie Bites
Share

For our wedding celebrations, I decided to make all the desserts with Beanie Bites because I wanted to feel good about what we served our guests while also showing them that treats made with alternative ingredients can still taste genuinely amazing, AND and be worthy of an occasion as grand as a wedding.
I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: You do not need to eat junk food just because it’s a special occasion. Beanie Bites makes it easy to enjoy a decadent treat made with intentional ingredients, so you and your guests can celebrate without feeling yucky afterward.
That idea inspired the new Beanie Bites Party Series, beginning with the four recipes we served at our wedding.
Yes, the Party Edition recipes are sweeter than everyday Beanie Bites, but they’re still packed with protein, fiber and lots of nutrients, with no refined sugar. These desserts are made to support your health without leaving you feeling inflamed, yucky or guilty afterward.
First up are these rich, fudgy chocolate brownie bites.
Party-Worthy Brownies Made With Better Ingredients
These brownie bites are sweet and chocolatey enough to please just about any palate. They were such a hit at our wedding that even my fast-food-loving cousin kept going back for more... and if that isn’t a glowing review, I don’t know what is!
They’re made with the Beanie Bites Chocolate Mix, unsweetened applesauce, pure maple syrup, coconut oil and coconut cream. Dark chocolate chunks add an extra layer of chocolatey goodness and make them look a little more special for a dessert table.
The best part is that you can make them as bite-sized brownies for a party or bake the same batter in a traditional brownie pan.
Intentional ingredients. Party-worthy results.
Fudgy Chocolate Brownie Bites Recipe

- Allow the brownie bites to cool before removing them from the tray. Then enjoy!
How to Make Traditional Brownies
Don’t have a mini muffin tray? You can use the same recipe to make traditional brownies.
Spread the batter evenly in a brownie pan and sprinkle the dark chocolate chunks over the top. Bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the brownies cool before slicing.
How to Store Your Brownie Bites
Store the brownie bites in a sealed container on the counter for up to 3 days. You can also freeze them to have an easy, better-for-you dessert ready for your next celebration or whenever you need something chocolatey.
These brownie bites may have been created for our wedding, but they’re perfect for birthday parties, showers, holidays, family gatherings or an everyday treat. They’re incredibly easy to make, deeply chocolatey and delicious enough for everyone at the party.
Enjoy, my friends!
