Ingredients for the Donuts:
- 1 bag Beanie Bites Chocolate MixĀ
- 3 ripe bananasĀ or 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk of choiceĀ
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips for the top
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl
- Pour batter into mold
- Bake for 20 minutes, then let cool completely before removing.
š„„ Creamy Date-Sweetened Coconut Glaze
Ingredients:
- 1 can full-fat coconut milk (13 oz)
- 12 pitted dates
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions:
- Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Chill for 30 minutes to thicken, then spread or dip cooled donuts in glaze
